Returns:

Great care is taken to make sure that every item is correctly described and all items are examined to be free from flaws. Read the description closely to be certain of the color which may not always exactly match the color displayed on your monitor. Also, check measurements carefully or email me prior to purchase to clarify size or fit.

You may return unworn / unused merchandise with all tags still attached within 10 days, except as noted below. We will exchange or refund the price. No refunds on shipping & handling.

Stockings, panties or thongs are not refundable.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

1.) Please email me within 7 days from receiving the item/s to obtain an RMA number for return/exchange.
2.) Include a copy of the invoice with RMA number.
3.) You should always insure the return package since we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4.) Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for refund/exchange.
5.) Please indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. If exchanging, please indicate the item and size you want in exchange.
6.) Refunds are made with the same method of the original payment.
